Providing Parents Access to Edapt

Parents are an important stakeholder in supporting learners take ownership of their learning journey. Parents will be able to view their child’s Learner Profile once they have been permitted access and have signed up.

Uploading Student IDs

  1. Click on the Administration button 👇

  1. Upload a .csv file containing your StudentCode and StudentEmail to the upload pane 👇

      Note: Typically, this can be extracted from your LMS. An example is shown below.

  1. Shortly after uploading the file, a welcome email will be sent to the guardians who do not already have an Edapt account, inviting them to sign up.
      2. Note: Guardians will not be added to the system until:
      1. Their child has signed up to Edapt
      1. Their child has had their Student ID added to the system.
